SENIOR WEB3 DEVELOPER

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web3 Developer with deep expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and security practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple chains and ecosystems, including Aptos, Arbitrum, OKX, Bitcoin Taproot, and strong knowledge of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks. This role requires proficiency in Solidity and Move for smart contracts, advanced knowledge of bridging and interoperability, and a strong understanding of security threats and mitigation strategies in DeFi.

Key Responsibilities

Smart Contract Development & Deployment

• Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity and Move (.move).
• Implement cross-chain functionality, bridges, and interoperability solutions.
• Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency, scalability, and security.

Blockchain Infrastructure

• Set up, run, and maintain nodes and staking environments across multiple blockchains (L1 & L2).
• Contribute to protocol integration with Aptos, Arbitrum, OKX, BTC Taproot, and other ecosystems.

Security & Auditing

• Conduct in-depth smart contract audits, both manual and with tools (e.g., Slither, MythX, Echidna, Foundry).
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities such as diamond attacks, civil attacks, sandwich attacks, MBV (Miner/Maximal Extractable Value) and other exploits.
• Implement best practices for contract upgradability and secure protocol design.

Zero-Knowledge Proofs & Cryptography

• Develop and integrate ZK-proof systems for privacy-preserving transactions.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on novel cryptographic solutions.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with product, security, and research teams to deliver robust blockchain solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in software development, including 5+ years in blockchain development.
• Programming Languages: Solidity, Move (.move), Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python (preferred).
• Blockchain Expertise: Aptos, Arbitrum, OKX, BTC Taproot, Ethereum, Layer 1 & Layer 2 solutions.
• Smart Contracts & Security: Strong grasp of bridging, contract patterns, and vulnerabilities (reentrancy, diamond, sandwich, MBV, etc.).
• Auditing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Slither, MythX, Foundry, Tenderly, Echidna, Certora.
• Infrastructure: Node setup, validator operation, staking mechanisms, RPC management.
• Cryptography: Understanding of ZKPs, elliptic curve cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose complex blockchain issues and propose scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Prior contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Experience in building or auditing DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with bridging protocols (e.g., Wormhole, LayerZero).
• Experience with rollups, sidechains, and modular blockchain design.
• Active participation in Web3 communities and hackathons.
