Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Testing and Debugging:
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance development processes and product quality.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in web development.
- Proven experience with front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Express, Django, etc.).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in one or more front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proficiency in back-end development with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
