Senior Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer at our company, you will be responsible for delivering complex web solutions using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. Your role will involve leading the development of web applications and services, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality products are delivered on schedule. Your deep understanding of development and design principles will be crucial for the success of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of complex web applications and services utilizing ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices. - Work closely with the QA team to manage the handoff for testing, support during the testing process, and resolve any arising issues. - Oversee and participate in the design and development phases, ensuring high standards of quality and performance. - Conduct performance and unit tests on software to identify and address issues, optimize performance, and ensure robust functionality. - Implement and promote industry-standard UI and design patterns and methodologies. - Share expertise and best practices with the team to enhance overall development practices within the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive experience with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. - Proficiency with SQL Server (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers) and Entity Frameworks. - Experience with RESTful web services and LINQ. - Expertise in HTML5, Razor View Engine, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. - Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. In addition to the technical skills required, the ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, or an advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Several years of professional experience in web development, focusing on ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React are also necessary. A Postgraduate degree in Any Specialization would be a plus but is not mandatory for this role.,
