Senior Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing web development projects, demonstrating expertise in modern web technologies, frameworks, and tools to deliver scalable, responsive, and visually appealing web solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and playing a vital part in shaping the digital strategy of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Website Development & Maintenance: - Building and maintaining websites using platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, and other CMS platforms. - Customizing WordPress themes and plugins according to client or project requirements. Front-End Development: - Designing and implementing responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. - Collaborating with designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive web elements. E-commerce Integration: Bug Fixing & Optimization: - Troubleshooting website issues, resolving bugs, and optimizing websites for performance and SEO. Collaboration: - Working closely with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure project objectives are achieved. - Providing insights on user experience and suggesting enhancements. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field. - Certifications in web development, WordPress, or front-end technologies are advantageous. In terms of technical qualifications, you should possess: - Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, WooCommerce, and Joomla. - Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for front-end development. - Experience in customizing WordPress themes and templates, along with knowledge of website optimization techniques. - Additional skills in PHP, MySQL, Git, and understanding of UX/UI principles will be beneficial.
