Job Description

Lead the end-to-end web design process: from wireframes and mockups to high-fidelity UI and prototypes. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives. Create responsive, cross-platform web designs optimized for for performance, accessibility, and usability. Maintain and evolve our design systems and brand guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging web technologies. Mentor and guide junior designers; contribute to design reviews and team standards.
