Senior Visual Designer

As a Senior Graphic / Visual Designer at Framed, you will have the opportunity to lead the design language across all platforms and mediums for Framed Memoirs, Productions, and Studio. You will define and evolve the visual identity of all three brands, maintaining design consistency across platforms, campaigns, and verticals. You will guide a team of 23 designers, ensuring that the output matches your standards and helping them grow. Your work will cater to audiences such as couples in love, luxury clients, fashion brands, architects, and interior designers, creating visuals that not only look good but also leave a lasting impact. Your responsibilities will include creating scroll-stopping carousels, stories, thumbnails, and reels for social media, collaborating with the social media team to bring content calendars to life, and infusing visual storytelling in every post to maximize engagement. You will periodically update and refresh the websites with relevant images, graphics, and banners, collaborating with developers to maintain brand tone visually across UI/UX. Additionally, you will oversee design for print collaterals, albums, gift cards, event invites, brochures, and merchandise to ensure that all physical assets mirror the brand's personality. To be successful in this role, you should possess a formal degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication, have 4-6 years of experience with leadership responsibility, and demonstrate a strong knowledge of composition, typography, visual balance, and color theory. Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma is required, along with experience designing for various platforms like Instagram, Reels, and YouTube Thumbnails. Understanding brand-building and adapting tone across multiple brands is essential, with a bonus if you have worked in the wedding, fashion, or creative content industry.
