Senior Visual Designer

The ideal candidate for the Senior Visual Designer position in Kochi/Trivandrum should have a minimum of 10 years of experience. As a creative powerhouse, you will be responsible for leading visual storytelling in digital, motion, and print formats. Your role will involve creating high-impact design assets, enhancing brand presence, and guiding a growing design team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that every visual element conveys a clear message with emotion and intent. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating excellence in Visual & Brand Design by creating visually consistent assets for campaigns, internal communications, and branding, using strong design systems and color theory. - Developing Motion & Video Designs such as motion graphics, explainer videos, and visual animations in alignment with contemporary trends and tools like After Effects and Lottie. - Leveraging AI & Emerging Tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and Midjourney to enhance visual storytelling and increase productivity. - Mastering Cross-Platform Design by adapting designs for web, mobile, and social media platforms, staying informed about platform-specific standards and accessibility guidelines. - Providing Mentorship & Collaboration by guiding junior designers and working closely with product, content, and marketing teams to achieve cohesive creative outcomes. - Creating Print & Physical Media Designs including brochures, flyers, posters, event branding, and other physical assets with a thorough understanding of print processes and finishes, ensuring the delivery of production-ready files.
