Job Overview Join our Visual Arts team, where you will play a crucial role in whitepaper production, designing marketing collaterals, and formatting reports/proposals according to a specific style guide. This includes working on presentations, research reports (in PowerPoint, InDesign, and Word), marketing materials, and internal communications. You will also be involved in the creation of HTML newsletters, web banners, and other visual communication aspects. Key Responsibilities - Provide creative support for designing marketing and web collaterals following the style guide. - Collaborate with internal research and associated teams on various formats such as reports, presentations, and processes. - Work effectively within a team and demonstrate the ability to manage projects independently. Skills & Activities - Proficiency in Adobe suite and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). - Strong understanding of design concepts and familiarity with various design software. - Experience in formatting and designing business documents. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Thorough knowledge of style/brand guidelines with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines successfully. - Self-motivated individual with the capacity to prioritize and work independently. - Effective interaction and collaboration with team members in a team environment. - Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Designing/Fine Arts. - Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in graphic designing. - Skills in HTML, video editing, or coding will be advantageous.
