Job Description

Counsel students and professionals on study/work/immigration opportunities in
New Zealand
, including visa types, eligibility, documentation, and timelines.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding
New Zealand immigration policies
, universities, course selection, tuition fees, and accommodation.
Handle end-to-end visa processing for
student, work, dependent, and visitor visa
categories.
Assess client eligibility based on New Zealand immigration norms and guide them through the documentation and application process.
Stay updated with changes in
New Zealand immigration laws
and ensure compliance throughout the process.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to provide updates and address queries.
Coordinate with university representatives, embassies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely visa outcomes.
Assist in application submission, financial documentation, SOP preparation, and pre-departure guidance.
Maintain CRM records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions as per company policy.
Meet individual and team targets related to counseling sessions, conversions, and visa approvals.
