We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Video Editor to join our political communications team for a major campaign project in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate must be deeply familiar with the Tamil language, culture, and political nuances, and capable of translating strategic narratives into powerful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the political strategy and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful video concepts and storyboards.
• Edit and assemble footage, graphics, voice-overs, and sound elements to produce high-quality political content, including speeches, issue-based videos, testimonials, reels, and digital ads.
• Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and transitions to enhance storytelling and overall production value.
• Ensure all videos maintain a consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity aligned with the campaign's communication strategy.
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting fast turnaround deadlines typical of political campaign environments.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and quality checks for junior editors and motion designers.
• Stay updated with evolving political content trends, regional visual styles, and emerging editing tools to continuously improve output quality.
