This role combines hands-on video editing, team coordination, and providing training and mentorship to junior editors. Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms including educational videos, YouTube, social media, and promotional materials.
• Team Coordination: Lead and manage the video editing team, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior video editors to enhance their editing skills and workflow efficiency.
• Content Enhancement: Ensure video content aligns with creative and brand guidelines, making adjustments to improve visual and audio quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, producers, and marketing teams to understand video requirements and ensure that final outputs meet project goals.
• Quality Control: Review all edited content to ensure it meets technical and creative standards before publication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and resolution standards for various platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team coordination and project management.
• Ability to mentor and train junior editors, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in crafting high-quality videos.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
