Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end editing and post-production process for high-quality video projects.
• Conceptualize creative approaches to video storytelling in collaboration with the creative and production teams.
• Oversee advanced editing tasks including color grading, sound mixing, VFX integration, and motion graphics (where required).
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and quality control for junior editors.
• Ensure consistent visual style, pacing, and storytelling quality across all video outputs.
• Manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and communicate progress with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and optimise workflows to improve speed, quality, and efficiency in the video production pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum of 3+ years in video editing or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• In-depth understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative editing.
• Strong knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video compression formats.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
