Senior UX Developer

As a highly experienced Senior UX Developer, your role will involve leading the end-to-end UX design and development process for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and deliver intuitive user experiences. Your responsibilities will also include developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts. It will be essential for you to ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms and devices. Additionally, conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design improvements will be part of your daily tasks. Staying updated with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices is crucial, along with mentoring junior designers/developers and contributing to establishing UX guidelines and design systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end UX design and development process for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and deliver intuitive user experiences. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts. - Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms and devices. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements. - Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices. - Mentor junior designers/developers and contribute to establishing UX guidelines and design systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred). - 8+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design and front-end development. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks. - Hands-on experience with ReactJS/Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks. - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation libraries. - Knowledge of design systems and component-based design architecture. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
