Experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong product mindset to drive end-to-end design, balancing user needs and business goals. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define strategy and create impactful products. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and analyze data for insights. Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios. Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (primarily in Figma). Create visually appealing UI designs. Plan and conduct usability testing and iterate on designs. Contribute to product vision and strategy. Communicate design concepts to stakeholders. (For senior roles) Lead stakeholder conversations. Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years UX/Product Design experience. Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools. Deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design. Proven experience in user research and analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio demonstrating UX and product thinking.
