About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesUI Development & Architecture

• Lead the development of responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js or similar frameworks.
• Translate complex design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready UI.
• Build and maintain

  scalable, reusable UI components and front-end architecture

• Ensure consistency across UI components and overall interface standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Performance & Accessibility

• Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement accessibility best practices in line with WCAG standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks.

Data Integration & Advanced Features

• Integrate UI components with REST APIs and backend services.
• Display and manage

  data-heavy applications

  , dashboards, and real-time reports.
• Ensure smooth state management and efficient data handling using Redux, Zustand, or similar.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and Product Managers to define and deliver front-end solutions.
• Participate in

  architectural discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies

• Drive adoption of front-end best practices, coding standards, and performance optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 6+ years of experience

  as a UI/Front-End Developer, with proven leadership in front-end architecture.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with UI libraries/frameworks like TailwindCSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI.
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
• Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing

  complex dashboards and data-intensive applications

• Deep knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar.
• Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.
• Proven ability to design

  modular, component-based, and maintainable front-end architectures

• Exposure to mentoring and guiding junior developers.
