Senior Urban Planner

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Urban Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in urban development projects, assisting in planning, designing, and implementing sustainable urban growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of urban planning projects. Experience in Managing Urban renewal, Preparation of DP/RP/TPS Conduct research and analysis on zoning regulations, land use, and infrastructure development. Collaborate with stakeholders, government agencies, and community members. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for urban planning initiatives. Support senior planners in policy-making and project execution. Monitor and evaluate ongoing urban development projects. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in urban planning or a related role. Strong understanding of zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental impact assessments. Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and other urban planning software. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
