• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production
• Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and
• backend functionalities.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different

• Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals.
