Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end design for web and mobile applications, transforming research insights and wireframes into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of professional UI/UX design experience, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, problem-solving abilities, and measurable impact on product outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop (or equivalent tools).
• Comfortable adapting to new design and prototyping tools as needed.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Background in designing data-rich dashboards, SaaS products, and mobile-first experiences.
• Knowledge of micro-interactions, animations, and motion principles to enhance usability.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Leadership experience in managing small design teams or projects.
