Senior UI UX Designer

Job Description

Bachelors Degree required. Experience in a B2B SaaS or software Product company/ Pharma company. Proven experience as a UX Design, Product Design, UX Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability testing. 5-7 years of experience on a product or user experience team (or equivalent experience). Create prototypes for new product ideas Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Experience with the Salesforce DSM to design applications. Need to be proficient in design software (Invision, Sketch, Adobe CC, Keynote and other relevant software). A track record of designing and delivering digital products; illustrated with a portfolio. Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture. Experience with several design approaches, methods, and tools that you can use to plan and estimate your project work. Team player and excellent communication skills. Good time-management skills. Portfolio of design samples needed to be considered. The Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Degree or formal training in design, HCI, or an equivalent. Experience working in an Agile environment, using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Experience with systems thinking and design (e.g., workflow/asset management systems, business intelligence systems). Demonstrated business acumen, including experience measuring and calibrating the impact of your work against key business and customer experience goals.
