Your role will also include providing technical insights during product design, assisting fellow developers in adopting new methodologies, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members in a dynamic and supportive setting. Your duties as a Senior UI Developer will include: - Developing robust web-client user interfaces that seamlessly integrate with server-side components and back-end systems. - Translating prototypes and designs into clean, accessible, and launch-ready code. - Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and technical innovations. - Creating Proof-of-Concepts using cutting-edge technologies. - Making sound technical decisions to meet the requirements of multiple projects. - Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, UX professionals, and software engineers to ensure design integrity, compliance with standards, and timely completion of UI deliverables. - Mentoring and guiding team members to facilitate their professional growth and provide necessary support. Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience. - Over 5 years of experience in web development. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery. - Strong understanding of web standards, progressive enhancement principles, and responsive design. - Expertise in cross-browser compatibility techniques. - Familiarity with web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG. - Proficiency in web optimization and performance enhancement. - Knowledge of design tools like Sketch and Photoshop. - Attention to detail, commitment to quality work, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus Skills: - Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as SASS. - Understanding of SEO principles. - Knowledge of BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS methodologies. - Experience in creating HTML emails compatible across different clients. - Familiarity with ASP.NET Razor C# syntax.
