Senior UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer with 5-7+ years of experience in designing and delivering complex, high-volume business or enterprise applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create high-quality UI solutions for portals, business applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with UX team members to define and implement UI elements. Design modern and visually appealing user interfaces. Develop screen mockups, style guides, icons, and visual documentation. Ensure UI designs follow usability standards and design best practices. Apply design system consistency across products. Create interactive prototypes using tools like Axure, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation. Foster a design-thinking culture within the team. Mentor junior designers on UI best practices and technical limitations. Support cross-functional teams including UX, product management, and engineering. What We're Looking For: Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for enterprise applications. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Axure, and related tools. Ability to translate brand identities into intuitive user interfaces. Understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to create interactive prototypes. Experience collaborating with UX researchers and design teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with enterprise software, CRM, CMS, or BI systems is a plus.
