The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the travel domain, particularly in hotel sales and car rentals sales, and possess excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: · Car Rental Sales: Assist clients in selecting the most suitable car rental options based on their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on rental terms, insurance options, and additional services. Negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients. · Cruise Booking: Advise clients on cruise packages, itineraries, and destinations. Book cruises, ensuring all client preferences are met and necessary documentation is provided. Stay updated on the latest cruise deals and promotions to offer clients the best options. Qualifications: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the travel domain, specifically in hotel sales and car rentals sales. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure the best deals for clients. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for travel and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
