Role Overview: You will have the opportunity to contribute technically to Risk Assurance client engagements and internal projects at EY. Your role will involve assisting fellow Seniors & Managers, identifying risks within engagements, and ensuring high-quality work. Additionally, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, aiding in the growth of a new service offering. Key Responsibilities: - Design, architect, and develop solutions using Azure cloud to process and analyze data sets. - Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage. - Design and build data pipelines, focusing on data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data democratization using cloud services. - Develop efficient and reliable code in Python for applications" performance and quality. - Automate tasks through Python scripting, databases, and advanced technologies like Databricks, Synapse Studio, and ADF. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT controls, risk assessment, and compliance. - Design IT Risk Controls framework such as IT SOX and test internal controls. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in building end-to-end business solutions using big data and data engineering. - Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services, integrating services, and cloud-related big data infrastructure. - Proficient in Python, SQL, and preferred R, Scala. - Hands-on experience with Python frameworks and data extraction tools. - Knowledge of BI tools and version controlling with Git, JIRA, CI/CD Azure DevOps. - Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant disciplines. - Certification in DP-203 Azure Data Engineer or equivalent is preferred. - Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
