Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Ticketing Staff. The Senior Ticketing Staff will be responsible for managing and overseeing air ticket sales, assisting customers with reservations, providing excellent customer service, and handling various ticketing-related inquiries. This role requires effective communication with customers to ensure their travel needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ticket Sales and Reservations skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with ticketing and reservation systems
• Previous experience in the travel or airline industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
