Senior Test Lead - EDI Testing

Role Overview: As a Senior Test Lead specializing in EDI Testing, you will be responsible for understanding the functional requirements and leading your team effectively. Your main duties will include creating the test strategy, planning, monitoring, and controlling the Functional Test activities. Having knowledge of Facets would be an added advantage. Additionally, you will need to prepare risk mitigation plans and possess healthcare domain knowledge for better performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team and resolve any issues within the team - Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills - Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and strong influencing skills - Manage Testing Scope, SLAs, Communication, Risk & Issues, etc. - Review and analyze project requirements - Create the test schedule, design the required test strategy, and identify the scope of testing - Hold meetings within the test team to ensure awareness and collaboration - Generate Test Reports for specific test cycles and interact with stakeholders when required - Coordinate with the Automation team to identify test cases for automation - Lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases - Write summary reports on test status during test execution - Consolidate and report test results to concerned stakeholders - Perform the review of defects and ensure proper defect guidelines are followed Qualifications Required: - 10-14 years of experience in Manual Testing with expertise in Agile Methodology - Proficiency in SQL, functions, procedures, FACETS or QNxt, and Healthcare domain - Experience in Agile/SCRUM development environment/process - Understanding of End to End Business Scenarios and Software Test Life Cycle - Excellent communication skills Kindly share your profiles and relevant details with Santhosh.Vadlamudi@infinite.com if you meet the above requirements and are interested in this Senior Test Lead position focusing on EDI Testing in Visakhapatnam.,
