Job Description

Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for Finacle versions, including functional, integration, regression
Identify, document, track, and report software defects using tools such bug tracking tool Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and verify defect fixes
Maintain comprehensive test documentation and prepare test reports
Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on testability
Support upgrade, patch validations, environment migrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
For senior roles like Test Lead or Manager: oversee QA testing activities, assign tasks, monitor project milestones, track metrics, and ensure adherence to testing processes and quality standards
