We are now looking for a senior Test Automation Engineer in our dynamic and forward-looking team working with our new portal solution and our established payroll solution. You are a tester who knows test case automation and test case development, who will cooperate with other developers, system analysts/testers and product owner in one of our agile teams.
As a senior Test Automation Engineer, you will have an important role in the teams. We expect teamwork, social capabilities and flexibility since the world of IT and development changes quickly. You take responsibility for your and the teams work. You are curious and not afraid to experiment and at the same time solution oriented. You are open minded, flexible, pragmatic and understand that improvements often need to be made step by step instead of changing everything at once. And that there are many different types of tasks for you in the team.

You have at least 5 years experience working with test automation or relevant software development.
The product is a market leading SaaS solution in the largest Nordic economy, that supports our customers in their HR and Payroll processes.

It is a stable delivery primarily based on modern Angular, .Net and SQL technologies delivered from our own private cloud.
Your primary technical skills are therefore:

- Selenium
- Playwright - Testing skills e.g. like ISTQB - Test case development - Azure DevOps - Git - Privacy/Security Other experience/skills: - Working agile/scrum/xp/similar (a team player) - Solution oriented - Curious - Prestige less and pragmatic If you also have experience with the following technologies, frameworks, tools or processes, this is advantageous: - WCAG - Development skills eg. Javascript, C#, SQL - Web skills, HTML, CSS, Javascript, HTTP, Accessability

Role: Senior Automation / Manual Test specialist

Location ; Chennai

• SW development background (Python + Bash and/or PowerShell scripting)
• Former test automation experience (Robot FW, Cypress and/or Playwright): planning, specifications, implementation, troubleshooting
• Familiar with Azure pipelines
• Fluent English
• Familiar with agile ways of working
• Experience in close SW developer collaboration
• Testing and QA mindset and curiosity
