Job Title: Senior Test Automation Engineer/ MES Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Senior MES Quality Assurance Specialist for our MES Foundations. This role involves End-to- End Testing of our own MES system, working directly with the Product Owners on the functional requirements, design & develop the best Test Cases out of it, follow up the open bugs and automate maximum possible test cases.

Minimum Experience: 5 or more years of experience in the field of Automation & Manual Testing.

Preferred Qualification: Candidates with a bachelors/masters degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, along with additional Experiences in MES, Digital Manufacturing.

Job Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

• Making sure all the open bugs of the product are closed before each major release.

• Execute smoke, sanity or any local test cases in the local validation environments.

• Execute regression test cases in the Central Validation environments.

• Share the test reports to all the POs & other stakeholders on time during major release.

• Take full ownership & accountability of the testing of the product assigned.

Skillset:

• Well versed with both Test design and Test automation (Python + Selenium + BDD)

• Should be able to write test automation scripts using BDD and step definition implementation.

• Good knowledge of JIRA, test case design using JIRA and bug life cycle.

• Should have knowledge of API, integration of UI & API for a strong and reliable automation test suite.

• Should have knowledge of Jenkins for regression runs.

• Should have basic knowledge of Sql Server and Sql queries.

• Good understanding of test life cycle

• Should have effective stakeholder communication.

• Should have good debugging skills.

• Having knowledge of Rancher, SAP and B2B Testing is a plus.

• Having knowledge of Elastic, Kibana and Grafana would be helpful.
