Senior Test Automation Architect

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement
scalable and maintainable automation frameworks
for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Establish automation
best practices, standards, and governance models
across teams.
Lead
Gen-AI & Agentic AI testing initiatives
and drive innovation in quality engineering.
Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to
integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLabCI).
Mentor QA engineers and ensure best practices in test design, data management, and reporting.
Evaluate and recommend
new tools, frameworks, and AI-driven test solutions
.
Oversee
test planning, execution, and reporting
, ensuring compliance with project SLAs.

Required Skills

12+ years of experience in software testing; minimum 5 years in
test automation architecture
.
Hands-on expertise with
Playwright and Selenium frameworks
.
Strong programming skills in
JavaScript / TypeScript / Python / Java
.
Working experience with
Gen-AI & Agentic AI-based testing
.
Familiarity with
RPA (UiPath)
,
API testing
(Postman / RestAssured), and
performance testing
tools.
Strong understanding of
cloud platforms
(AWS / Azure / GCP).
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Experience in
insurance or financial domain
preferred.
ISTQB certification
or equivalent is a plus.
