We partner with leading software brands and provide end-to-end consulting—from understanding client needs to implementation and training.Job Responsibilities – Pre Sales Team Lead / Senior ExecutiveConnect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound client queries regarding business automation and software products. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Conduct product demos and present automation use-cases to clients. Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule on-site meetings or virtual consultations. Maintain a strong follow-up with leads using CRM tools. Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and conversion ratio. Train and guide new team members (for Team Lead role).
