SSA offers industry-relevant, practical training for 12 weeks, focusing on effective communication, etiquette, and grooming to make the youth employable and self-dependent. The academy has partnerships with industry leaders to create employment opportunities for its candidates.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Telecaller located in Coimbatore. The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for managing and executing outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about the academy's vocational training programs, and persuading them to enroll. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls, handling inquiries, and following up on leads to achieve enrollment targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and providing feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in telecalling or customer service roles
• Ability to handle inquiries and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus
• Adegree in any field is an advantage
