Senior Telecaller in Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to provide information about our educational programs.
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication in MS-Excel.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns from potential students.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule campus tours and interviews for interested candidates.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for student enrolment and conversion rates.
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively promote our educational offerings.
