Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Sector 28, Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in tele sales and inside sales, with excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales.

Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable product/service solutions
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly targets in lead conversion and revenue
• Handle customer queries professionally and effectively
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of tele calling/sales experience
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
