• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in RTL design, verification, FPGA system design engineering, with a proven track record of successful large-scale system implementations
• Advanced knowledge of PCIe based storage / compute system design principles and architecture patterns
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Verilog, VHDL, C/C++, or Python
• Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools
• Experience with CPU/GPU/NPU based AI training/inference computing platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Expertise in performance optimization and scalability techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior engineers
