Job Description: As a Repair and Service Technician, you will be responsible for analyzing job orders, inspecting vehicles, and providing repair services within established procedures. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules, diagnosing vehicle issues, and effectively communicating with the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager to maintain bay productivity. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining tools, equipment, and customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze job orders to understand agreed work and seek clarification if needed - Inspect vehicles for damages and additional repair requirements - Record completed job orders accurately, including hours and materials used - Perform repair work as directed and within specified timescales - Conduct brand/vehicle specific maintenance as per standards - Test vehicles, provide diagnostic reports, and inform necessary parties of further work requirements - Ensure compliance with safety standards and report faults on job cards - Maintain tool inventory, use calibrated tools for repairs, and report defects immediately - Safeguard customer vehicles during service, use protective covers, and neatly return old parts - Communicate special tool requirements to the Workshop Manager Qualifications Required: - Engineering degree, diploma, or ITI certification - Training and certification in automobile courses - Age limit: 20-30 years Job Description: As a Repair and Service Technician, you will be responsible for analyzing job orders, inspecting vehicles, and providing repair services within established procedures.
