SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITER

As a Project Manager, your role involves managing the deliverables for a given project by making the optimum use of resources to ensure consistent quality and timeliness of output. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing guidance and direction to the Technical Publications team. - Understanding the maintenance and repair requirements of the products, and communicating with the customer to ensure that these requirements are captured in the manuals. - Developing methods and procedures to ensure that Technical Publications Documents comply with Technical Publication Standards. - Understanding the customer requirements. - Executing project planning, tracking, effort estimation, task allocation to the team, and preparation of project status reports to ensure consistent quality and timeliness of output.
