SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITER

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the deliverables for a given project by making the best use of resources to ensure consistent quality and timely output. Your key responsibilities will include providing guidance and direction to the Technical Publications team, understanding the maintenance and repair requirements of the products, and communicating with customers to ensure that these requirements are captured in the manuals. You will also be tasked with developing methods and procedures to ensure that Technical Publications Documents adhere to Technical Publication Standards, understanding customer requirements, executing project planning, tracking, effort estimation, task allocation to the team, and preparing project status reports. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure the consistent quality and timeliness of project output. This position requires a skill level in Tools and Standards (ERS) - Configuration Tools - PLM as the primary skill. Additionally, secondary skills include Technical Skills (ERS) - ERP - Technical - SAP, Technical Skills (ERS) - SmarTeam - Change Management, Domain Competencies (ERS) - Engineering Design Skills - Design Verification & Validation, and Tools and Standards (ERS) - PDM/PLM - Windchill.
