Senior Technical Lead Software Development

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for full-stack development, end-to-end ownership of assigned modules, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining code quality and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend services and React.js for the front-end interfaces. - Take complete ownership of assigned modules or features from requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. - Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in code, queries, and infrastructure to enhance application performance and reliability. - Work closely with product owners and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring smooth integration and delivery. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following industry best practices and actively participating in code reviews to maintain high standards.
