Job Summary
The Technical Lead in C++ programming plays a crucial role in leading C++ development projects, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team. The primary responsibility is to oversee the development process, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to the overall success of C++ projects. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage c++ development projects from inception to completion.2. Provide technical expertise in c++ programming, resolving complex coding issues efficiently.3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, develop, and implement c++ solutions.4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.5. Mentor junior developers, offer guidance on best practices in c++ programming, and foster a collaborative team environment.Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in c++ programming language with a deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.2. Strong experience in developing efficient and scalable c++ applications.3.
