Job Title: Senior Technical Lead Full Stack or UI/UX Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience in Angular, React, or MERN stack technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong UI/UX expertise or full-stack development skills. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading development projects, creating functional and detailed design specifications (FDS and DDS), data modelling, and gathering technical and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of web applications using Angular, React, or MERN stack, ensuring best practices are followed for performance, scalability, and security. UI/UX Expertise: Design and implement user-centric, visually appealing interfaces, optimizing the overall user experience or Full Stack Development: Handle front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration between different systems and applications. Design Specifications: Create and maintain detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Detailed Design Specifications (DDS) that outline project requirements and technical implementation strategies. Data Modelling: Develop and manage data models to support application functionality, ensuring efficiency and data integrity. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality products on time. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Required Skills: 5-7 years of experience with Angular, React, or MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Expertise in UI/UX design and development, with a focus on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. Proven ability to create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Detailed Design Specifications (DDS). Strong experience in data modelling and database design. Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficient in troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading and mentoring development teams. Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
