Senior Technical Lead (Full Stack & AI)

As a Senior Technical Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in guiding a diverse engineering team working on backend, front-end, and artificial intelligence projects. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the team, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering complex features successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and support a team of backend, front-end, and AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence. - Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide the team's professional and technical development. - Help plan and prioritize the team's work, manage sprints, and remove technical roadblocks. Technical Strategy & Architecture: - Design and oversee the implementation of highly scalable, resilient, and performant systems. - Make key decisions on technology, frameworks, and infrastructure to meet business and product goals. - Ensure seamless integration, deployment, and scalability of AI models on our platform. Hands-On Development & DevOps: - Remain hands-on by contributing to the codebase, especially in Python and React.js, to set standards and tackle complex challenges. - Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, monitoring, and observability. - Own the team's operational health, from deployment pipelines to incident response. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications (Must-Haves): - 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership role. - Proven track record in designing, building, and deploying highly scalable systems in a production environment. - Deep proficiency in Python for building backend APIs, and strong experience with React.js for front-end development. - Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, and cloud platforms. - Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): - Hands-on experience with AI/ML lifecycle, data engineering pipelines, and database design. - Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
