Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have 4 to 5 years of experience as an executive, with a focus on managing day-to-day technical activities. These activities include maintaining floor temperature, handling HVAC systems, coordinating with AMC vendors, monitoring critical equipment, executing PPM schedules, managing stock and record-keeping, maintaining duty rosters for ground staff, creating BOQs, and coordinating with vendors to ensure tasks are completed as assigned by the manager. In addition to relevant work experience, candidates should be technically qualified with a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.,
