Senior Technical Consultant/Developer - Salesforce

You will play a crucial role in Salesforce Industries" mission to provide swift, value-driven solutions for intricate business challenges. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in utilizing the native Industry Cloud capabilities to promptly deliver customer specifications with minimal customization. Your primary responsibility will involve translating the program designs outlined by our Solution Architects and Technical Architects into a configured solution that aligns with the customers" requirements. In this role, you will primarily collaborate within Agile scrum teams to develop complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology and the platform's toolkit. Your involvement will span across all stages of the project lifecycle, encompassing low-level design, development, deployment, and post-production support. It is essential to develop a profound understanding of Salesforce Industries" vertical applications, enabling you to mentor customer and system integrator resources effectively while facilitating knowledge transfer. Furthermore, you will serve as an advocate within the broader Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem, actively sharing best practices, lessons learned, and time-saving methodologies. The position entails a minimum of 5 years of experience in deployment teams, with a preference for Agile development practices. A successful track record in delivering customer projects, particularly enterprise CRM implementations, is advantageous. Experience in crafting solutions within the financial services sector is also desired. As a self-starter with a keen aptitude for acquiring new skills and technologies, you will be poised to innovate and drive progress. Exceptional communication skills are pivotal as you navigate various facets of the role, from composing emails to leading discussions with customers and delivering technical presentations. Your visionary mindset will be instrumental in propelling our company to new heights. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is a prerequisite, with evaluation based on core competencies such as extracurricular leadership roles, military service, volunteer experiences, and work history. On the technical front, proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning), Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML), data modeling, and process modeling tools is essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous for this role.,
