Senior Technical Architect - Zscaler

As a Zscaler Architect specializing in Zero Trust and SASE, you will play a crucial role in architecting secure, high-performance connectivity across hybrid IT and OT environments using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Private Access (ZPA), and Digital Experience (ZDX). Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, deploying, and managing Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX across enterprise and manufacturing networks. - Leading Zero Trust and SASE transformation initiatives globally, aligning Zscaler with corporate cloud and security strategy. - Integrating Zscaler with Palo Alto Networks, SD-WAN, and identity systems for end-to-end security visibility. - Designing policy-driven access controls and identity-based segmentation across IT and OT. - Conducting Zscaler posture assessments, security audits, and performance optimization across distributed environments. - Overseeing Zscaler Client Connector, SSL inspection, GRE/IPsec tunnel configurations, and Cloud Connector deployments. - Collaborating with global teams to securely converge IT and OT networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST). - Developing Zscaler design patterns, migration blueprints, and operational best practices for large-scale rollouts. - Staying ahead of emerging ZTNA, SASE, and cloud security trends to shape future architecture direction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - 8-12 years of network and security architecture experience, with 5+ years of Zscaler expertise. - Proven mastery in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Private Access (ZPA), and Digital Experience (ZDX), policy design, traffic steering, SSL inspection, and user-to-application segmentation. - Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama (PCNSE certification preferred). - Familiarity with Cisco ISE, SD-WAN, SASE, and identity-based access controls. - Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
