Senior Technical Architect

You are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect for the B2C Platform to join the Product Engineering team located in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of experience in developing high-scale consumer-facing platforms, with a strong background in backend architecture and engineering execution. This role requires a product-focused mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver quickly in a collaborative and purpose-driven setting. Your primary responsibilities will include architecting and constructing scalable backend services utilizing Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django), making critical decisions on infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, LLM-integrated systems, and platform observability, as well as collaborating with product, design, and infrastructure teams to launch user-centric features at scale. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in backend development, with a solid understanding of scalable system design and cloud-native infrastructure. Your top skills should include extensive hands-on experience with Java, Python, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI, expertise in developing scalable microservices, streaming pipelines, and event-driven systems, proficiency in Redis, PostgreSQL, PGVector, and at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP), exposure to LLM features like RAG, vector search, GPT workflows, or chatbot architectures, as well as strong system design capabilities and the ability to lead architecture reviews and mentor junior developers. Furthermore, having familiarity with front-end tools like ReactJS for creating internal dashboards or user-facing utilities, an understanding of modern DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OTEL will be beneficial. Additional points will be awarded for experience in Agentic systems, real-time infrastructure, or AI-driven product features, prior involvement in constructing high-performance consumer products from the ground up, and a passion for innovative technology that impacts a large audience.
