As a Senior DATA Centre Technical Architect at NTT DATA, responsible for designing and implementing advanced infrastructure and systems of DATA centres. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient solutions during the pre-sales process. Responsibilities include designing DATA centre infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power, cooling systems, and physical security measures. Evaluating and recommending complex DATA centre services to align with business requirements and compliance standards. Analyzing, developing, and recommending strategic plans to meet current and future DATA centre needs. Acting as a technical advisor, providing guidance to development teams and client stakeholders for optimal performance, scalability, and security of network architectures. Providing pre-sales technical support, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders for technical specifications, design documents, and participating in product pricing and RFP/RFI responses. Managing client proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives with appropriate resources and successful setup and delivery. Influencing and guiding sales team members for deal closure and maintaining visibility of forecasting and sales pipeline. Required skills: - In-depth knowledge of DATA centre infrastructure, networking technologies, virtualization, and cloud computing platforms. - Understanding of DATA centre security principles and compliance standards. - Proficiency in designing and implementing network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and virtual networking technologies. - Experience with server and storage technologies like virtualization, blade servers, SAN, NAS, and DATA backup systems. - Expertise in designing and optimizing virtualized environments for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder interaction. - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
