Senior Tech Lead - Python - Opus Technologies

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to fetch and manipulate data from various systems such Jira, OPA, SNOW etc.
• Integrate with REST APIs, including the

  Open Policy Agent (OPA)

  , to support policy enforcement and governance.
• Should be able to work independently with Team lead / Architect, understand requirements and implementation code with high quality standards.
• Should be able to pick up new tools and integrations on the job as part of works scope

Required Skills and Experience :

• Strong proficiency in Python (3.X)

  , particularly for data manipulation and REST API integration.
• Strong conceptually in OOPS concepts
• Experience in at least one of these frameworks - Django, Flask or Fast API
• Understanding and experience with GIT
• Familiarity with

  Harness

  or similar CI/CD tools (Harness is a secondary skill but a plus).
• Familiarity Basic Database operations and SQL
• Familiarity with Rego scripting and knowledge of Styra DAS is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Qualifications:

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
