Know more about us: https://www.1mg.com/aboutUs Brief about the Team : The SAP MM team at Tata 1mg plays a critical role in ensuring seamless procurement and inventory operations across the organization. The team supports business users post-S/4HANA implementation, manages master data governance, and ensures smooth integration with other SAP modules like FI. It collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, optimize processes, and uphold data accuracy and compliance. What will you do: Provide post-go-live support for SAP S/4HANA MM users, addressing user queries, system errors, and support tickets. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification. Supervise and manage master data activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of data across the system, including material master data, vendor master data, and business partners. Oversee the Business Partner approval process, ensuring proper validation and authorization of new or updated business partner records. Support the integration between SAP MM and other modules, particularly SAP FI, and ensure seamless data flow and processes. Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide solutions to optimize SAP MM functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalate to technical support or developers as necessary. Implement minor system enhancements or configuration changes based on user feedback and business requirements. Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP MM functionality, processes, and best practices. Maintain documentation related to system changes, master data processes, user guides, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Perform regular monitoring and auditing of master data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with business rules. Ensure proper governance in the management of master data, including periodic data reviews and validation procedures. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for any system changes or updates. Assist in user training and provide support on master data issues, including creation, modification, and deletion of records. What we are looking for : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM module, with a focus on providing post-go-live user support and master data supervision. Solid understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module and integration with MM processes. Extensive experience in managing and supervising master data, including material master, vendor master, and business partner data. Knowledge and experience in the Business Partner approval process, ensuring compliance and governance in data management. Experience in resolving support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support in a live SAP environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, including business stakeholders, technical consultants, and developers. Proficiency in user training, documentation, and delivering practical solutions to end-users. Ability to monitor, validate, and clean master data to ensure the highest quality and compliance standards.
