As a Senior Analyst in Transfer Pricing at Electronic Arts (EA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and alignment across borders, allowing our creative teams to focus on delivering exceptional entertainment experiences. Reporting to the Global Tax Team in North America and collaborating with colleagues worldwide, you will be part of a dynamic and international environment dedicated to operational excellence in tax practices. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for Strategic Transfer Pricing Compliance, Operational Transfer Pricing Execution, and Analytics & Reporting. Your main duties will include developing and maintaining global transfer pricing documentation, supporting intercompany transactions, and analyzing financial data to contribute to process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, maintain, and support EAs global transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD Guidelines. - Draft and coordinate Master File, Local Files, and U.S. transfer pricing documentation. - Perform detailed comparables benchmarking using BvDs Orbis and TP Catalyst platforms. - Support the calculation, preparation, and post quarterly journal entries for intercompany transactions. - Extract, analyze, and visualize financial and intercompany data from Oracle ERP systems. - Build Power BI dashboards to monitor operational transfer pricing. - Contribute to process improvements, data automation, and scalable documentation solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing with a preference for Big 4 firm or multinational environment background. - Strong command of OECD Guidelines, U.S. IRC 1.482 and 6662. - Hands-on experience with Orbis and TP Catalyst for benchmarking studies. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in handling large datasets and financial systems. **Why Join EA:** At EA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside global tax and finance teams, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the business.
