About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent in the Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence domains. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, building strong pipelines, and fostering exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the data and analytics landscape, coupled with a proven track record in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will also play a crucial role in employer branding, showcasing what makes our company an incredible place to work. From utilizing data analytics to track hiring metrics to collaborating with marketing teams on outreach initiatives, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create a positive candidate experience. If you are passionate about building teams and have a keen eye for identifying talent, we would love to have you on board to help us shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to meet hiring goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize data analytics to track and report on key recruiting metrics and KPIs.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract candidates through social media and other marketing channels.
Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.

Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
