About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent in the Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence domains. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, building strong pipelines, and fostering exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the data and analytics landscape, coupled with a proven track record in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will also play a crucial role in employer branding, showcasing what makes our company an incredible place to work. From utilizing data analytics to track hiring metrics to collaborating with marketing teams on outreach initiatives, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts.
